7 Quick Steps To Change a Flat Tire

- Pull over to a secure area first:

- Apply the emergency brake

- Remove the wheel nuts:
The lug nuts holding the flat tyre in place must next be removed. For this, a lug wrench is required. One of the nuts may be loosened by placing the wrench on it and turning it counterclockwise. For each lug nut, follow this procedure one more.
- Take off the wheel nuts:
The lug nuts are now free, and you may take them off by hand. Simply counterclockwise spin them until they totally fall off.
5. Remove the flat tire:
Lifting the flat tire off of the vehicle is the following procedure. A jack could be required for this. Pump the jack until the flat tire is raised off the ground by positioning it below the vehicle.
6. Put the spare tire on:
It’s time to put the spare tire on after the flat tire has been removed. Simply press the tire into position after aligning the holes in it with the bolts on the vehicle.
7. Tighten the lug nuts:
The lug nuts holding the spare tire in place must now be tightened. For this, a lug wrench is required. In order to tighten it, spin the wrench clockwise on one of the nuts. For each lug nut, follow this procedure one more.
Although changing a flat tire may appear difficult, it’s actually not that difficult if you know how to do it. Simply adhere to these eight procedures, and you’ll soon be back on the road.
